It’s been a good few months since I’ve written on this blog. For the few people who read the posts during the first quarter of the year, you’ll know that I was travelling around the UK managing an exciting project in my first role at IBM. I was in a different UK city every day for 4 weeks, and then in New York City for a further 2 weeks. It was a whirlwind to say the least, and I got to a social media saturation point!
So, I took a break from Twitter, Instagram and this blog. I needed to want to use these channels and share my thoughts publicly.
Over the past few months, I’ve joined a very exciting area of IBM, IBM Interactive Experience and I’ve learnt a lot about the direction I’d like to go in my career and myself as a person. I’ve been travelling more with work – to Florida and to Groningen – which is amazing seeing as I’ve only been in the company 11 months so far.
Seems a bit gushy, but I’m ready now to continue sharing my views through social media and this blog again. I’ve structured my posts into a wider variety of areas as this encompasses more of what I’m interested in, and hopefully what you’ll all be interested in!
